Lead: ♠ A

Declarer ruffs the ♠A in dummy and leads a small club. If East flies with the ♣A, South makes his doubled grand slam. He ruffs the ♣A, ruffs a heart, ruffs a club, and ruffs another heart and another club, bringing down the ♣K. He cashes the ♦K, ruffs yet another heart (or a spade) and draws the remaining trump with the ♦A. The ♣Q draws East's last club and dummy is all trump and good clubs.

Interestingly, West can also make a grand slam (7♠, also probably doubled), provided North does not lead a club.
